This small cafe may be a must-go for coffee lovers within the City, and was featured on Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat. Sam, the passionate owner of Golden Bear, has been known to mention that if you do not think his coffee is that the best, he’ll offer you another cup for free of charge. Challenge accepted, Sam!
Andytown Coffee Roasters
On quiet Lawton Street within the Outer Sunset lies Coffee Catering Los Angeles, known for his or her Snowy Plover iced espresso drink. It is a concoction of iced espresso, soda water, and sugar syrup, topped off with delicious house-made topping that provides Cool Whip a run their money. This drink is simply one among the explanations for the long lines that always exit the door. (That, and therefore the incontrovertible fact that Andytown packs during a cafe, roastery, and bakery all within its 600 sq ft shop!) Don’t skip on the Northern Irish soda bread and scones. Bonus: it’s just a couple of blocks from Ocean Beach.

Founded in 1935, Coffee Catering Los Angeles Company is one of North America’s oldest artisan coffee roasters. You will find Graffeo just up the road from Washington Square Park within the heart of North Beach, San Francisco’s famed Italian grotto. Graffeo isn’t a cafe; it is a roaster. You’ll only buy their deliciously roasted beans or grounds.
